Reduce avoidable hospital readmissions and emergency department strain by bridging the gap between hospital care and community-based recovery in Eugene.

Support stability beyond recovery by connecting guests to housing resources, healthcare, and community services that help them move toward long-term well-being.

Vision Statement
Our vision is a community where every person, regardless of circumstance, has a safe place to heal. Hope & Humanity strives to become a leader in medical respite care across Oregon by partnering with hospitals and local agencies to create a seamless pathway from crisis to stability. We envision expanding into multiple respite locations, developing a housing facility and building a future in which dignity and compassion guide every aspect of care.
